Fees
Fees payable by liable parties are fixed by Orders issued by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade. The following are for the current fiscal year:
Fees for 2012 (Order ITC/3486/2011, December 14th).
In compliance with the provisions of Article 25.1 of RD 1716/2004, as amended by the R.D. 1766/2007, we have proceeded to the determination of unit charges per ton or cubic meter sold or used to pay in proportion to the days of inventory maintained by the Corporation on behalf of each obligor.
- For persons required to maintain minimum security stocks of petroleum products.
- a) Automobile and aviation gasolines: 0,0876 euros/m3/día.
- b) Automobile gas-oils, other gas-oils, aviation kerosene and other kerosene: 0,0888 euros/m3/día.
- c) Fuel-oils: 0,08 euros/tm/día.
- For persons required to maintain minimum security stocks of liquefied petroleum gases, and required to maintain minimum security stocks of natural gas supply and diversification of natural gas.
- d) Liquefied petroleum gas (LPGs): 0,07 euros/tm.
- e) Natural gas: 3,10 euros/GWh.
- Subjects required to maintain minimum security stocks of liquefied petroleum gases referred to in Article 14.6 of Royal Decree 1716/2004 of July 23, payable to the Corporation during 2012 for the maintenance of this stock minimum security they are entitled to a share of 0.3637 euros per metric ton sold or consumed per day of stocks held by the Corporation on account of the obligor.
